Built alongside Lodestar and deliberately kept apart. The two share a shape, a sourced counterparty graph with a check in front of outreach, but they do not share meaning, and merging two systems because their structures rhyme produces one that serves neither. What matters commercially is that permissibility is written down as rules over the data and evaluated automatically before an approach can be queued, rather than depending on somebody remembering what the rule was.
