Wizard Works is a build and growth practice for owner-managed businesses.

The first business was twenty-five years ago. Since then: investment banking, hedge funds and private equity, executive management and company ownership, and telecoms and software since 2012. Across several countries, and currently with clients in Australia.

What changed recently is the stack. A competent operator with Claude Code, Next.js, Supabase and Vercel now ships in days what used to take an agency a quarter, and the bottleneck has moved from building the thing to deciding what the thing is for and getting people to it. That is why the offer has two halves, and why the second half is paid out of revenue rather than by the hour.

Over USD 250m raised for other businesses, and several built from nothing, including the ones that did not work, which is where most of the useful knowledge came from.
