An English window onto a foreign registry
A private working application over the Georgian cadastre for Georgian Land Limited, separate from the public site and permanently behind its own sign-in.

Due diligence on foreign land means working in a registry that was not built for you, in a language you do not read, with a parcel identifier scheme that assumes local knowledge. Most people solve this with a spreadsheet and a translator and lose half the context on the way.
This is an English-language application sitting over the cadastre, holding parcels, their state, and the provenance of every claim about them. Provenance is the point: for each fact it records where the fact came from and when, because in a diligence file an unattributed number is not evidence, it is a rumour with a decimal point.
It is private permanently. Not unlisted, not obscure, but behind its own sign-in on an ordinary URL, which is the house pattern. Access protection through link secrecy fails the moment one link is forwarded, and links are always forwarded.
Kept deliberately separate from the public marketing site. One is for the world, one is for the work, and merging them would put internal data one routing mistake from daylight.
